Cluster Manager - Full Time - Bangalore
This role involves overseeing the operations and performance of a group (“cluster”) of branches or sales territories.
Responsibilities:
Manage the performance, targets, and operational efficiency of multiple branches or sales teams within a defined cluster.
Act as the liaison between the regional office and the individual branch/team managers.
Implement regional sales strategies and ensure uniform execution across the cluster.
Conduct frequent visits to branches to audit processes, address challenges, and motivate teams.
Responsible for achieving the P&L targets for the entire cluster.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales management, ideally covering multiple locations.
